Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in repair, maintenance, and retrofit processes and practices.
• Ability to travel 15-25% domestically and internationally.
• Willingness to work variable shifts (1st and/or 2nd), including nights/weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly, disassembly and modification of systems by overseeing changes and upgrades.
• Oversee validation/testing and ensure regulatory/commercial compliance.
• Inspect and verify repairs for flight worthiness and interpret engineering drawings.
