Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a K9 operations environment.
• Proven background in explosive detection canine handling and training.
• Strong familiarity with TSA, DHS, or equivalent regulations.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for local and regional K9 screening teams across multiple sites.
• Perform compliance audits, proficiency assessments, and inventory checks.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and corrective training plans.
• Collaborate with clients, venues, and aviation security stakeholders.
