Job summary

Young World Physical Education is seeking a part-time Junior High Head Track Coach in Rantoul, Illinois. You will be responsible for coaching student athletes, developing game strategies, and motivating them to appreciate the sport.

Ideal candidates will have some coaching experience and effective communication skills. The position includes scheduling practices and competitions, as well as monitoring student athletes' academic performance. This role will report to the Principal and Athletic Director.

Qualifications

• Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills.
• Knowledge of Illinois rules and regulations of the sport.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
