You will design testing frameworks, implement Playwright-driven test suites, and mentor peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality across the development pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on JS test automation experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript and TypeScript for automated tests.
• Experience with Playwright and JS-based testing tools.
• Strong English communication, B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Map testing frameworks to project delivery goals and timeframes.
• Identify, log, and track defects from discovery to closure with developers.
• Analyze requirements and technical docs to define testing scope.
• Create durable testing configurations adaptable to changing project needs.
• Convert test data into concise, stakeholder-facing reports.
• Participate in sprint planning and estimation with a focus on quality.
• Review and improve testing methods to increase speed and coverage.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality across the pipeline.
• Analyze production incidents to identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Mentor junior testers with real-world testing knowledge.
