Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license and relevant certifications or 3+ years in industrial/commercial electrical
• Experience leading electrical projects and teams
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specs

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Mentor a team of electricians and ensure safety standards.
• Review plans and blueprints for accurate execution.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and company policies.
• Schedule daily tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, clients.
