Job summary

We Power America is seeking electricians across Kansas City, MO for both journey level and supervisory roles on high-profile commercial and industrial projects. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.

Qualifications

Journeyman certification or equivalent.
Supervisory experience or ability to lead teams.
Experience with commercial/industrial electrical systems.
Familiarity with safety codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with appropriate tools.
Ensure work complies with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
Coordinate with contractors and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Provide on-call support for emergency repairs.
