Job summary
Converse Electric is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to lead electrical work on commercial construction projects in Columbus and surrounding areas. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, interpret blueprints, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with project teams to keep jobs moving safely and efficiently.

Qualifications
- Requires completion of an accredited apprenticeship program and journeyman certification or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years electrical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on job sites.
- Interpret blueprints and coordinate electrical work to meet project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all work meets local and electrical codes and job specifications.
- Mentor and support apprentices in their development.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards.
- Work with project managers and foremen to keep projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records of work, materials, and time spent.
- Follow and enforce all jobsite safety protocols.
