Job summary

EPI Power, LLC, a subsidiary of The Weitz Company, seeks a Licensed Electrician to lead electrical installations on data-center projects and travel to site locations. You will provide oversight to ensure NEC and local codes are met while mentoring crew members.

The role is non-union and requires Iowa licensure, with reciprocity to several partner states. Collaborate with project managers and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Valid Master Electrician or Journeyman license required.
• Experience leading electrical construction projects.
• Data centers or large-scale commercial/industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight on electrical installations to ensure code compliance.
• Supervise electricians, apprentices and field staff.
• Review electrical drawings, blueprints and specs.
• Enforce safety programs and site safety rules.
• Collaborate with project managers and trade leaders.
• Inspect, test and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Travel to multiple project sites as required.
• Maintain documentation of work performed.
