Nordic Ware in Saint Louis Park, MN is seeking an Industrial Electrician to maintain and improve electrical systems in a hands-on, non-travel role. You will work with Maintenance and Production to keep operations safe and efficient.

Requires Minnesota Class A Journeyman license and 5-7+ years in an industrial setting; PLCs, switchgear, infrared/Arc Flash surveys; high voltage up to 13.8kV a plus. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minnesota Class A Journeyman License required.
• 5-7+ years electrical experience; industrial/manufacturing preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited vocational institution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems: switchboards, panels, motors, wiring, breakers.
• Experience with PLCs, switchgear, infrared/Arc Flash surveys; 13.8kV max a plus.
• UL Listing/Certification knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience leading electrical projects and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose issues using wiring diagrams and NEC standards.
• Test circuits, switches, controls, and equipment for safe operation.
• Work with PLCs, switchgear, infrared surveys; high voltage experience a plus.
• Lead electrical projects and coordinate with contractors/vendors.
• Train and mentor other electricians; maintain safe work environment.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with NEC.
• Schedule Arc Flash and infrared surveys.
