Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and migration of MDM apps on IBM WebSphere and legacy Java frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership for transformation efforts aligned with enterprise standards and maintainability goals.
• Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs.
• Lead middleware modernization including WebSphere migration and deployment improvements.
• Drive performance, resiliency, security, observability, and operational excellence.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews; mentor development teams.
• Support modernization assessments, dependency evaluations, and migration planning.
• Collaborate with analysts, QA, architects, and stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Advance CI/CD adoption, release automation, and DevOps maturity.
• Support production readiness reviews, release planning, cutover, and stabilization.
