Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Strong TypeScript and React skills including state management and responsive UI design.
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor) and evaluating AI-generated code.
• Experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS and performance tuning.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps (Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and container tech (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid OO design, patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Playwright).
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java backend services for financial operations including transactions and reporting.
• Build responsive UIs using TypeScript and React for finance workflows.
• Utilize agentic AI tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring code quality and security.
• Optimize SQL Server databases with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Azure DevOps.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards across teams and AI outputs.
• Integrate with Sage Intacct and other financial platforms to improve automation.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with stakeholders.
