Qualifications

• 7+ years of full stack development with strong Java focus.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security and Spring Data.
• Strong frontend skills in TypeScript and React with responsive UI knowledge.
• Hands-on use of agentic AI tools and evaluation of AI output.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Java backend services using Spring Boot for financial ops.
• Build responsive UI with TypeScript and React for finance users.
• Leverage Claude Code/Cursor for AI-assisted delivery and review AI-generated code.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases with complex queries and tuning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for reliable deployments.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and documentation.
• Integrate with Sage Intacct and other financial platforms to boost automation.
• Aim for scalable, fault-tolerant cloud deployments and performance improvements.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with stakeholders.
