Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Lead Java Developer / Hands-On Technical Lead for a 6+ month contract in New York (Remote role). You will guide and code, oversee design refinement, and drive enterprise reporting and data integration projects using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and PostgreSQL.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lead Java Developer / Hands‑On Technical Lead. Position type: Full-Time Contract (W2) Role: Lead Java Developer / Hands‑On Technical Lead Duration: 6+ Months Contract Location: New York (Remote role). We are seeking a senior, hands‑on Java Developer/Technical Lead to support enterprise reporting and data integration applications. This role will guide developers through technical design, backlog refinement, coding standards, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support. The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who can lead technically while remaining actively involved in development and delivery. This is not a purely strategic or people‑management role.

Key Responsibilities

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $50 - $55/- per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
