ManpowerGroup is seeking two Java Developers (DE) in Newark, DE to join our software engineering team. You will provide technical leadership, design, and implementation for scalable, enterprise applications, while upholding secure coding and engineering best practices.

You will lead architecture decisions, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, using Spring, REST, and SOAP services.

Qualifications

• Strong Java/J2EE and enterprise delivery experience.
• Solid OOP fundamentals and design patterns.
• Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Integration, Spring Data JPA expertise.
• RESTful services and SOAP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams delivering scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex applications aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Establish technical architecture and design standards, and guide teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Review code quality and ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and organizational development policies.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
