Kryon Knowledge Works Group seeks an experienced Lead Java Developer to drive architectural decisions, design scalable enterprise applications, and mentor a team of engineers.

You will master Core Java, Spring, microservices, API security, containers, and cloud tech, delivering secure, high-performance solutions in an Agile environment. Lead delivery, enforce best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals.

Formación

• Proven expertise in Core Java, OOP, collections, and multithreading.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Web/REST.
• Solid understanding of microservices, CQRS, and event-driven patterns.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).
• Familiarity with messaging (RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus) and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of API security (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and API gateways.

Job Description: Lead Java Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, API security, event-driven systems, containerization, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will lead technical design and development, drive architectural decisions, mentor developers, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Programming: Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
• Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Web/REST, and Spring Data JPA.
• API Security: RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Gateways.
• Microservices: CQRS, Event Sourcing, Saga, Circuit Breaker, Database per Service, and Eventual Consistency.
• Messaging: Asynchronous Programming, RabbitMQ, and/or Azure Service Bus.
• Containers: Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), and Docker Swarm.
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Cloud: Microsoft Azure and/or GCP.
• Caching and Databases: Redis, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of monitoring, centralized logging, and distributed tracing.
• Experience with automated testing, performance tuning, and cloud security.
• Strong technical leadership, team mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading end-to-end software delivery.
