• Demonstrated experience serving as a technical lead or development lead.
• Strong background in application development and delivering customer-facing software solutions.
• Experience producing technical and procedural documentation and supporting peer code review practices.

This role blends hands‑on backend engineering with technical leadership, including solution design, documentation, and code review. Candidates should have strong Java expertise and experience leading delivery in an enterprise environment.
