Job description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a "Lead Java Developer". Position type: Full-time Contract (W2). Role: Lead Java Developer. Duration: 6+ months. Contract. Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite role).

Qualifications and Experience

• Overall minimum 7 years of experience as Java/J2EE Developer.
• Must have Pharmacy Benefits Management experience.
• Must have strong experience on JavaScript.
• Must have experience on Azure.
• Must have Multi Cloud Solution Designer experience.
• Must have Healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level applications and solutions.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and architects to define technical requirements and solution strategies.
• Drive architecture solutioning for cloud-based and enterprise applications, primarily within the Azure ecosystem.
• Contribute hands-on development in Java and support front-end or integration efforts where JavaScript knowledge is beneficial.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Support modernization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across systems and applications.
• Mentor team members and promote strong engineering standards.

Pay Details

Pay Range*: $60 - $65/- per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
