Job summary

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC in Macon, GA is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Janitorial Lead to manage cleaning in an office and warehouse facility. The role requires working alone on a 4-hour shift, Tue-Sat 9:00am-1:00pm, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will perform cleaning, ensure quality standards, manage consumables, and communicate with customers and management. Must be reliable, 21+, and possess a valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone and on feet for long shifts.
• Physically capable to perform cleaning duties.
• Experience in janitorial or facilities cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in a small office and warehouse facility.
• Quality control of services using customized scorecards.
• Track and order client consumables inventory accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team, management, and customers.
• Resolve conflicts professionally and take direction.
• Complete additional duties to finish tasks on time.
