Job summary

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC in Macon, GA seeks a dependable 1st Shift Lead Janitorial person to manage cleaning tasks in an office and warehouse. You will work Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm, and earn $15.50 per hour with weekly pay.

The role requires strong communication, independent work capabilities, and reliability. Responsibilities include cleaning to standards, quality checks with scorecards, inventory tracking of client supplies, and professional communication with clients and team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work alone and stay on task with minimal supervision.
• Must be over 21 years old and possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Comfortable standing for the full shift and performing cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and sanitizing duties in office and warehouse areas.
• Quality control using scorecards and follow established standards.
• Track and reorder consumables for the client.

We are seeking a dependable worker that can work well on their own to clean our customer's office and warehouse facility in Macon, GA. We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates.

Duties include:

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
• CAN TAKE DIRECTION
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
• Requirements: MUST be able to work alone. MUST be physically capable of performing duties. On feet for entire shift. MUST be reliable!
• Perform cleaning & sanitizing duties, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, scrubbing, empty trash cans, etc. in small office and warehouse facility.
