Job summary

ServiceMax Janitorial, LLC in Macon, GA is seeking a dependable 1st Shift Janitorial Lead to manage cleaning in an office and warehouse facility. The role requires working alone on a 4-hour shift, Tue-Sat 9:00am-1:00pm, with a pay rate of $15.50 per hour and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will perform cleaning, ensure quality standards, manage consumables, and communicate with customers and management. Must be reliable, 21+, and possess a valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dependable worker that can work well on their own to clean our customer's office and warehouse facility in Macon, GA. We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates.

Pay:

$15.50 (Hourly) WEEKLY PAY

• Ability to manage effectively with good communication and people skills with positive and outgoing attitude, problem solver, fast-paced, capable of working with minimal supervision, must be over the age of 21 with a valid Driver’s License

Duties include:

• Making sure all services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner
• Quality control of services performed using customized scorecards
• Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of our client's consumables inventory
• Ability to professionally communicate effectively with team members, upper management and customers
• Strong ability to effectively resolve conflict
• CAN TAKE DIRECTION
• Additional duties, as needed, in order to get the job done well and on-time
• Requirements: MUST be able to work alone. MUST be physically capable of performing duties. On feet for entire shift. MUST be reliable!
• Perform cleaning & sanitizing duties, dusting, sweeping, mopping, polishing, scrubbing, empty trash cans, etc. in small office and warehouse facility.
