ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, delegating tasks and guiding a team. This on-site role ensures policies and procedures are followed while maintaining clean, safe buildings for workers and customers.

The Lead may operate equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support general janitorial duties as needed. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must not require a high school diploma for the role.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management.
• Assist with daily and weekly work scheduling.
• Oversee cleaning operations in the assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged items; fix or escalate as needed.
• Handle additional service requests as required.
• Ensure quality and confirm completion with Area Manager.
• Train new hires according to onboarding procedures.
• Complete and validate time records for staff.
