Job summary

ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to supervise facility operations, delegating tasks, guiding staff, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. The Lead may operate at locations when the Manager is absent, maintaining safety and clean facilities for workers and customers.

This role involves coordinating daily schedules, supervising teams, managing access, reporting issues, and supporting janitorial duties while ensuring service quality across assigned buildings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year of similar work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Coordinate daily operations and communicate with management.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Manage keys and access cards for the property.
• Report damaged or out-of-service items and document client communications.
• Train new hires and validate time records.
• Check supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
• Handle additional service requests and ensure job completion with Area Manager.
