Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Lead to coordinate daily facility operations, delegate tasks, supervise staff, and ensure safety and policy compliance across assigned sites. The role involves operating equipment and handling cleaning chemicals while supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow assigned work schedules and route cards; report barriers.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members.
• Maintain open communication between field staff and management; document client communications.
• Assist with daily/weekly work schedules and build clean, safe facilities.
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building; manage keys/access.
