Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a janitorial supervisory or lead role.
• Experience with forklift, stripping/waxing, auto-scrubbers, and ride-on machines.
• Bilingual required.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate a team of porters and matrons to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assign cleaning tasks and special projects based on operational needs.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to meet Harvard and client standards.
• Train staff on cleaning practices and safety protocols.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of equipment by all team members.
• Manage inventory and distribute cleaning supplies and equipment.
