Job summary

Leadership experience in cleaning/maintenance teams
Experience training cleaners or staff
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with reliability and attendance
Experience using mobile devices for timekeeping and reporting
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites

Responsibilities

Perform routine janitorial duties across assigned buildings.
Travel between buildings to cover calls and vacancies during shift.
Organize daily cleaning assignments and communicate priorities to team.
Train new cleaners on duties, procedures, equipment, and safety.
Conduct walkthroughs to ensure quality before leaving location.
Report attendance, performance issues, complaints, and incomplete work to supervisor.
Document findings and follow-up actions in company systems.
Monitor supplies and equipment, request replenishment, and report malfunctions.
Follow building procedures for keys, access badges, alarms, and doors.
Adhere to chemical handling and safety procedures.
Report injuries or unsafe conditions promptly.
Maintain professional communication with staff and customer contacts.
