Job summary

DTK Facility Services, a Texas-based commercial facility services company, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead the janitorial team in Houston. You will ensure tasks are completed on time, manage supplies, and maintain safety and quality standards across client sites.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in janitorial or facilities management, with at least 1 year in supervision, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2+ years in janitorial services or facilities management with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience with commercial or large facility teams is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and safety protocols.
• Ability to assess service quality and implement corrective actions.
