Job summary

Fortis Native Group is seeking a Lead Custodian to supervise custodians on a fully onsite assignment supporting the Del Rio Customs Border Patrol. You will report to the Project Manager and oversee daily cleaning operations on government contracts.

Requirements include good communication, ability to pass federal background checks and drug screen, authorization to work in the United States, and 3–5 years of custodial experience.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Must pass agency and federal background checks, drug screen, and confirmation that you are authorized to work in the US.
• The Custodian's job is physically demanding due to the need to move, carry and store various items and clean, dust, and wipe rooms full of furniture as well as floors and carpets.
• 3-5 years of experience.

Wage $16.40/hr plus $5.42 per hour Health and Welfare up to 40 hours per week (These monies are used for your benefits), which can be taken as additional hourly pay resulting in an effective wage of $21.82hr.
