The Lead IT Specialist provides advanced technical support while serving as a senior resource within the IT department. This role is responsible for resolving complex workstation, server, network, and application issues, supporting IT projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced clinical environment. In addition to day‑to-day technical responsibilities, the Lead IT Specialist helps coordinate team activities, provides guidance and mentoring to IT staff, assists with workload prioritization and escalations, and supports departmental initiatives. This highly client‑facing role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service through phone, email, remote support, and onsite interactions.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,700.00 - $104,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
