Job summary

CACI International Inc seeks an Enterprise IT Service Manager to support the U.S. Air Force at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, VA. You will lead the Enterprise Service Desk operations for AF DCGS, guiding ITSM processes and ensuring service delivery meets enterprise standards.

The role requires security clearance TS/SCI, a Bachelor’s degree, ITIL v4, and at least four years in AF DCGS environments. You’ll coordinate with government and senior staff, mentor teams, and adapt to a 24x7

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of four years of operational AF DCGS experience.
ITIL v4 certification required.

Responsibilities

Promote and implement ITSM principles across groups interacting with Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management as part of the AF-DCGS Enterprise Service Desk (ESD).
Work with government and senior staff to prepare schedules, establish milestones, develop work assignments, and produce progress reports and technical briefings.
Support exceptional customer service through leadership, deadlines, mentoring teams, and decisive actions in a mission-critical environment.
Ensure Operational Support Agreements and client expectations are met; engage with client and stakeholders via face-to-face, telephone, and email communications.
