Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.
• Three years of professional IT experience relevant to the duties.
• Experience with network administration, operations, databases, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team responsible for the communications infrastructure across NDOT's District 2.
• Oversee program planning, field operations, and system maintenance.
• Provide expert guidance on complex engineering documents and compliance with laws and policies.
• Support deployment and troubleshooting of network and radio equipment.
• Supervise staff, promote safety, and deliver high-quality customer service to stakeholders.
• Train and develop staff and coordinate with other work groups on ITS activities.
