Job summary

You will lead a team of BAs, coordinate testing, and drive application initiatives, with a focus on process improvements and cross-system integrations in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 11 years leading BA for complex initiatives or 6 years SAP config/deploy experience.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements and coordinate initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage multiple applications, projects, and priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to document and refine business requirements for IT systems.
• Map current processes, define improvements, and recommend best practices.
• Develop design documents including functional specs and scope for new systems.
• Serve as liaison between end users and software teams as SME.
• Lead testing planning and coordination with IT resources.
