The role requires 8+ years in IT with ERP development/deployment experience and a strong background in QA. This is a full-time, first-shift position in Savannah with up to 25% travel and English proficiency mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related plus 8 years IT experience.
• ERP development/deployment experience (4+ years) across enterprise apps.
• Master's degree may offset one year; PhD may offset two years.

Responsibilities

• Engages stakeholders and analyzes business requirements.
• Creates plans and leads execution according to schedules.
• Models business requirements in ERP applications with deep technical insight.
• Delegates tasks to team members by experience and accountability.
• Ensures SDLC processes and compliance with policies and standards.
