In this role you will coordinate testing, manage multiple initiatives, and mentor junior analysts to improve BA practices and documentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 11 years leading BA for complex, technology-based initiatives or 6 years SAP config, development and deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Engages stakeholders to identify, analyze, refine and document business requirements for IT systems.
• Maps current business processes and defines future-state improvements.
• Develops functional specifications and design documents for new systems.
• Acts as SME between end users and software teams; translates requirements effectively.
• Leads testing plans and coordinates testing activities with business and technical teams.
• Works with technical resources to support IT application/integration testing.
• Maintains standards and practices for business analysis; mentors others.
