EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Lead iOS Engineer to steer a mobile engineering squad, setting up codebase, tooling, and standards before scale.

You will own technical leadership, architecture, and drive AI-driven SDLC acceleration across the mobile stream, collaborating with the BFF team to align app-backend contracts. You must have extensive native iOS experience (Swift/SwiftUI), a track record of delivering apps from ground up, and strong expertise in iOS permissions, notifications, analytics

Qualificações

• Extensive hands-on experience with native iOS development (Swift/SwiftUI).
• Proven track record building mobile apps from ground up.
• Deep knowledge of iOS app architecture and clean code patterns.
• Experience designing API-driven mobile experiences.
• Familiarity with Location services and iOS permissions.
• Experience with Push notifications / APNs.
• Hands-on integration of Analytics SDKs.
• Strong grasp of app performance, error handling, and accessibility basics.
• Mastery of TestFlight / App Store release process.
• Experience working in multi-vendor or enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own code quality and technical decisions inside the mobile stream.
• Mentor a squad of mid and senior engineers across cross‑platform and native work.
• Collaborate with Backend-for-Frontend to negotiate contracts between app and backend.
• Drive AI-assisted engineering practices within the team and accelerate SDLC.
