• Able to operate with openness and efficiency with one or more SDLC methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Agile).
• Actively seeks feedback and guidance to improve technical skills (e.g., through submitting work for code review).
• Works with existing data models and schemas and suggests changes and improvements where necessary.
• Debugs and fixes your own software with minimal assistance.
• Practices automated testing and tests your work in an automated and repeatable way.

• Requires specialized knowledge and expertise in their own job discipline and deep experience in integrating related disciplinary knowledge.
• Lead disciplinary or cross-functional program of notable risk; uses sophisticated analytical thought to identify innovative solutions.
• Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
• Acts as advisor to management and key external stakeholders on broad-ranging projects.
• Mentor and lead other developers enabling them to work independently.
• Lead development efforts, provide input into architectural and design decisions, provide realistic estimates.
• Design and develop solutions working with other internal groups such as architecture, design team, dev ops and enterprise security to ensure alignment with enterprise technology direction and standards.
