Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • Experience: One year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate complaints with Intake Specialists, relate facts to compliance requirements, cite laws, regulations, and tariffs.
  • Draft first-level adjudications of regulatory violations based on investigation results.
  • Communicate effectively with citizens, regulated companies, and coworkers in writing and verbally.
