Job summary

Liquid I.V. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Inventory Planning to lead strategic inventory management and SLOB reduction, partnering with Sales, Operations and Finance to drive data-driven decisions and optimize working capital.

The role focuses on audits, root-cause analysis, cross-functional governance, and continuous improvement to minimize waste and improve forecasting accuracy. This hybrid position requires collaboration across teams and effective communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Supply Chain or Planning roles (CPG preferred).
• ERP and MRP experience (MS Dynamics, Kinaxis a plus).
• Strong verbal communication and written proficiency to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to interact with cross-functional stakeholders thoughtfully.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tact and initiative.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and dependable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain audit-compliant SLOB reports for inventory health across Sales, Operations, Finance.
• Present root-cause analyses and corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
• Lead cross-functional reviews to offload or repurpose excess inventory profitably.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership on aging and obsolescence.
• Oversee write-off approvals in line with policy.
• Coordinate with supply and material planning to minimize waste per project.
• Manage end-of-life (EOL) processes for finished goods and raw materials.
• Generate monthly inventory projections for distribution to Finance and teams.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Procurement and Supply Planning to resolve gaps between projected and actual inventory levels.
• Incorporate future initiatives, promotions, and product transitions into planning.
• Serve as SME for inventory and waste; lead governance meetings.
