Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to optimize inventory positions and support replenishment strategies across multiple facilities. You will work closely with demand planning and sales to gather information, place supplier orders, and maintain stock levels for revenue opportunities.

The role emphasizes monitoring demand, reporting variances, and applying inventory practices to improve turns and gross margin.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in manufacturing supply chain.
• Associate’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (MAPICS) and MS Office; advanced Excel.
• Strong time management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present to management.
• Physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute strategic replenishment plan
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to determine trends and optimize inventory position
• Track incoming materials and ensure on-time delivery
• Adjust inventory and order strategy with field and regional teams
• Analyze inventory to increase or decrease projections-based levels
• Participate in meetings by offering replenishment related information
