Job summary

Powell Houston-Canton is seeking a Lead Inventory Control & Kitting Specialist to join our Southeast Houston team. You will own receiving, put-away, and documentation for stock, forecast material needs with production, and kit/replenish hardware to work areas, using scanners to keep accurate records.

You will operate in a high-velocity manufacturing setting, following strict safety rules and standard processes to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 4+ years in a material handling role within manufacturing.
• Comfortable in a high-velocity production environment.
• Ability to learn and use databases and software tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, and stay active for long stretches.
• English fluency for effective teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities
