Job summary

The role requires 6–8+ years in logistics within regulated environments, a Bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with ASRS, AGVs/AMRs, WCS, and LEAN/ Six Sigma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 6+ years (SE5) or 8+ years (SE6) of progressive logistics experience in cGMP environments.
• Greenfield startup readiness and qualification of automated systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the business process expert for SAP S/4HANA (EWM) and automation systems.
• Define intralogistics processes and PFEP/PFEF for materials.
• Author SOPs, validation protocols, and commissioning docs for automated systems.
• Support setup, testing, and commissioning for material handling equipment.
• Lead audits as SME for warehousing, cold-chain, and distribution.
• Drive CAPAs using Lean Six Sigma and root-cause investigations.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize dock-to-stock and throughput.
• Maintain SAP EWM master data and ensure data integrity.
• Develop data visualization strategies for real-time logistics management.
