Job summary

Genentech in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-volume GMP warehouse during pre- and post-startup phases. You will own SAP/eWM processes, ASRS coordination, and drive Right-First-Time compliance while building a capable foundation team.

You will supervise a team, manage receiving, staging, and shipping, and ensure regulatory readiness with FDA/EMA standards. A relocation-ready, on-site role offers bonus potential and strong career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of GMP warehouse experience and supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/eWM and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA/DEA regulations and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities, including receiving, staging, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and SAP/eWM monitoring.
• Lead investigations into deviations and participate in regulatory audits.
