Job summary

Fullbeauty Brands, Inc. is seeking a Designer - Intimates to lead seasonal design across multiple product categories. You will set brand-aligned concepts, drive color/print strategy, and oversee development from concept to production.

You will partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing, and leadership to ensure cohesive storytelling and on-time delivery, including creating digital assets using AI technologies for social media and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of design experience with strong product development in women's wear.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop the seasonal design vision, color direction, and brand concepts across product categories.
• Lead product development with sourcing, fabrics, trims, and materials for seasonal assortments.
• Oversee fittings and ensure design intent, fit, and quality throughout development.
• Provide direction to CAD team and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Create digital assets for e-commerce and campaigns, leveraging AI tools.
• Present design strategy and seasonal direction to executives and stakeholders.
