Job summary

FULLBEAUTY Brands is seeking a Fashion Designer to lead the seasonal creative direction and product development, partnering with the Director of Design to establish a brand-aligned vision across categories.

You will manage workload, guide the CAD team, and collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing and Leadership to deliver compelling product stories and successful business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop required.
• Strong knowledge of branding, color, print and material strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal design vision and color directions across all product categories.
• Lead product development from concept to production with sourcing partners.
• Guide CAD team, manage workload and ensure timely seasonal deliverables.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sourcing, Marketing and leadership to tell cohesive brand stories.
• Prepare design presentations for executive reviews and translate concepts into visuals.
• Create digital assets for e-commerce and social platforms using AI tools.
