Job summary

Delta Galil USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer, Intimates to lead creative vision for our intimate apparel and sleepwear lines.

You will drive product innovation from concept to market, balancing aesthetics, fit, and cost while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in intimate apparel, strong CAD/PLM experience, and a track record in both branded and private label collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of design experience in intimate apparel and/or sleepwear.
• Experience designing for branded and private label businesses.
• Proficiency in garment construction, fit, fabrics, trims, and development processes.
• Experience with AI-powered design and productivity tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney).
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative vision, design strategy, and product development for branded and private label intimates and sleepwear.
• Identify emerging trends and translate insights into innovative, commercially successful products.
• Leverage AI-powered and digital design tools to accelerate concept development and storytelling.
• Create seasonal concepts, color palettes, mood boards, and line plans to support brand growth.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, Sourcing, and Production to bring products to market with speed and quality.
• Source fabrics, trims, and technologies with vendors to enhance performance and value.
• Balance creativity with cost by managing materials and design decisions to meet margins.
• Develop strategic assortments and whitespace opportunities across brands.
