Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an Interventional Radiology supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff across the Interventional Radiology service at the Anschutz campus in Aurora. The role focuses on leadership, workflow optimization, and patient care quality.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Interventional procedures, including Neuro, and will collaborate with radiologists to advance pediatric imaging services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and completion of an accredited radiography program.
• Four (4) years of advanced modality experience.
• BLS/CPR certification and ARRT registration in CT, MR, and/or IR; advanced IR registry.

Responsibilities

• Implements annual work plans to achieve goals and performance metrics.
• Provides leadership for the Interventional Radiology section and oversees daily operations.
• Manages approximately 8 team members and develops staff; evaluates performance.
• Ensures safe, efficient workflows and high image quality across locations.
• Partners with radiologists and modality supervisors to maintain standards.
• Participates in budget development and monitoring.
• Drives compliance with federal/state regulations and quality programs.
• Delivers high quality patient care with clear communication and safe imaging practices.
