Job summary

Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is seeking an Interventional Radiology Supervisor to lead staff in the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Diagnostics. You will plan, supervise, and review performance, participate in hiring, and ensure safety and policy compliance in a busy teaching hospital.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Interventional Radiology, California DPH radiologic credentials, ARRT registration, and BLS.

Qualifications

Must be certified by the State of California, Department of Public Health as a Radiologic Technologist.
CRT/Fluoroscopy issued by the State of California, Department of Public Health.
Healthcare Provider Level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
Must possess and maintain registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Two (2) years of experience as a lead worker directing, assigning and evaluating Interventional Radiology, Cath Lab, or Cardiac Diagnostic professionals and support staff.
Three (3) years of experience in Interventional Radiology in an acute care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Supervise the work of technical and support staff in the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Cardiac Diagnostics.
Plan, assign and supervise staff; evaluate performance; participate in hiring; prepare policy manuals.
Ensure radiation safety and supervise the department's quality control program.
