Requires an associate degree and active licensure or RCIS/RTR certification, plus 2 years cath lab experience. BLS and ACLS are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited program in nursing or a related field.
• Current Florida nursing license or RCIS/RTR certification; BLS/ACLS required.
• Two years cath lab experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily workflow and assist Department Supervisor/Manager/Director.
• Monitor patient and staff workflow to ensure high-quality care.
• Lead Technologists/Registered Nurses to ensure compliance with protocols.
• Lead the process in daily operational problem resolution.
• Supervise in the absence of the Supervisor/Manager/Director as needed.
• Train and orient new team members.
• Coordinate with Medical Director and scheduling to optimize patient/staff flow.
• Maintain radiation safety records and attendance in line with policies.
