Kendall Auto Group in Eugene, OR is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to lead our Internet Sales Department and grow sales through coaching and strategic guidance. You will collaborate with staff to close deals, negotiate vehicle pricing, appraise incoming vehicles, and lead trainings while ensuring policy compliance.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership and demonstrated success in automotive sales, with availability for evenings and weekends and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• This is not an entry level position. Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years’ work experience with demonstrated success in internet sales, previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the sales department through coaching and providing support to the Internet Sales Department.
• Assist in closing sales and actively participate in vehicle price negotiation.
• Appraise incoming vehicles and conduct sales meetings and trainings.
• Supervise Internet Department staff ensuring policy and procedure compliance.
• Maintain customer database and ensure leads are promptly followed up on.
• Comply with laws and regulations affecting vehicle sales.
