Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a seasoned professional to lead workstreams testing internal controls across business processes. You will identify high-priority areas, design tests of design and operating effectiveness, and craft corrective action plans.

You will interface directly with clients and oversee staff, including annual updates to narratives, risk matrices, and flowcharts. Strong public trust clearance is essential for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of relevant financial management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams focused on testing internal controls for business processes and identify high-priority processes to test.
• Develop tests of design and operating effectiveness, and corrective action plans.
• Interface directly with the client and oversee the work staff; oversee annual updates of narratives, risk and control matrices, and flowcharts.
