Michael Page is seeking an Interiors Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial interior renovations in the Charlotte region. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety, quality, and budget adherence while collaborating with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years in field leadership, experience with interior tenant upfits, and a local presence in Charlotte, NC. A strong team and collaborative culture are emphasized.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing commercial interior renovations, tenant improvements, or upfit projects.
• Background in corporate office, healthcare, restaurant, retail, or other commercial interiors projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily field operations for commercial interior construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address field issues.
• Drive subcontractor performance and hold trade partners accountable to project expectations.
• Maintain project quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
